Our Story
Ptea started with a simple conviction: the best bread doesn't come from a factory — it comes from a neighborhood that cares about what goes into it. We opened our doors on Billings Road with flour on our aprons and a commitment to doing things the slow way.
Today we're still doing exactly that. Every morning our ovens are firing before sunrise. Our pastries are folded by hand. Our grocery shelves carry the kinds of staples we'd keep in our own pantry. This isn't a chain with a playbook — it's a local bakery that happens to also stock the ingredients you need for dinner.
